The building is unique in my experience - after high-rise living in NYC, Melbourne, Oz, and Dubai - all those were good; but the level of welcomingness, ongoing social gatherings (in which I haven't participated, but am pleased to know are happening - and the simple number of dogs in the building makes this place a real find in a great neighborhood.

This is by far the best place that I've ever lived in!! Everyone is super friendly & respectful. Management is always helpful & reachable and the maintenance team never fails to amaze me of how quickly and effectively they solve any issues!! #Goblock17
