As a previous reviewer said, this place is a pain in the neck. The apartments themselves are pretty nice, BUT . . . there's a main thoroughfare right next to the property, but there's no access to it. We have to drive 4 miles through a neighborhood with 20/25 mph speed limits in order to get out of the neighborhood. The rent is so high that you need roommates to afford it, but parking on the property is restricted to one space per apartment. Somebody is going to have to park out in the... neighborhood, and the residents there are pretty quick to report you to parking enforcement if you park in front of their driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants. I've seen a lot of tickets on cars. Renter beware!

Castlegate
This complex needs to open up to NE 148th Avenue to avoid detours through lengthy residential streets and much better access to Glendoveer walking and tennis/golf courses, places of worship and elementary schools. And easier access to Gilsan for quicker access to Portand downtown. Opening up NE 148th also quickens access to businesses on Sandy and Airport Way.
Will be a nightmare due to PBOTs unwillgnesz to open NE 148th to see and drive into the complex. You have to circle around, get lost and... loose your cool to finally find entrance. Then get out your hiking boots since these babies are 3 stories tall with no real privacy.
