Going downhill

This place no longer has an onsite manager. The water/sewer and garbage are no longer included in the rent. They won't allow Ziply Fiber to install fiber in the complex. They used to be chill about air conditioners and now try to make you live without them, I had to fight to keep mine due to medical issues.

Cedar Mill Village Apts

i have been in this apt for a couple years. We used to have free cable here, but that ended March of 2015.
The apt comes with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. There are children living here, but this complex is not designed for kids. There is a parking lot that many of the kids play. The apt manager doesn't like the kids playing there, (safety concern) but there is no place within the complex for them to play. The sewer, water, and garbage is covered. If there is any maintenance issues,… they have been quick to respond. Rent is due by the 4th or you will be charged a 75.00 late fee. Not a bad place, but don't expect any amenities like a pool or weight room. It's a pretty friendly atmosphere. I haven't had any issues with any of our neighbors.

Quiet, safe, friendly.

We have lived in this complex for more than 6 years. We moved here because the schools are excellent and the neighborhood is good. I don't particularly like living in an apartment, I miss owning our own home. However, this apartment complex has been very pleasant. The owners are local, as is the management company. They are very friendly and helpful, and they keep the complex well-maintained. When we moved in basic cable was included in our rent, but rising costs have forced them to stop paying… for our cable. However, our rent has increased only minimally over the past few years. Personally, I prefer lower rent to free cable! Our apartment is small, and I wish our kitchen was larger with more storage space. Other than that, I have no complaints. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a quiet, pleasant neighborhood.
