Low-Key, Nice Management

Great space at a reasonable price. It is not as loud as you think it might be right next to a major road. I love the porch space and all the trees/flowers that are around the area. Management is very responsive and reasonable. My boyfriend literally has no credit (doesn't have a credit card, no student loans, etc.) and they still accepted our application because of our rental history. They will work with you! We are renewing our lease here because we enjoy it so much.

Things you may want to... consider:
If you have kids there is no playground or open areas to ride or bike or play outside. If you have a dog, there is minimal space around the apartment area to walk your dog and go to the bathroom. We end up walking our dog around the surrounding neighborhood along corbett, or taking her to the dog park on Macadam. Laundry is $1.75 per load right now.
