Great apartment. Great location!
When I can't drive, the Max/Bus is a block away.
Shopping is close with Gateway and Mall 205 near.
Excellent landlords. They do everything to help you and are very nice folks! Best place I've lived in Portland.

Excellent apartments! Quiet, in a good neighborhood, great landlords.
Spacious floor plan with lots of closet and storage space. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Quiet neighbors and nice adjoining neighborhood. The landlords are superb and quickly take care of any issues. There are washer/dryer hook-ups in every unit and a Landry room on site as well. Fireplaces in most units too.
Feels tucked away, yet it’s close to the max line, public transit, freeway access and just a few blocks from gateway shopping center for grocery or shopping needs.
Units are remodeled... between tenants so always kept up to date and super clean.
Definitely a 5 star rating!
