Roomy and quiet Some of the best use of space in the 500 square foot units I have seen. Ceiling fans listed in advertising not in every unit, so not the full 5 stars.

Basic The workout an exercise room is a janitor closet, washer and dryer combo are old and not efficient, th gas grill is corroded and barely usable , runs out of propane quickly. No doggie treats in the lobby, very loud train horn all hours of day and night plus right on a MAX Line with its noicse and transients and crazies often just outside. Overpriced for what you get

Slow on improvements I’ve had a repair request in for months about my broken ice maker, with no response. Oven has no panels on the side of the oven doors, so the heat warps the cabinets. Other than that, fairly quiet building with friendly tenants.
