Basic The workout an exercise room is a janitor closet, washer and dryer combo are old and not efficient, th gas grill is corroded and barely usable , runs out of propane quickly. No doggie treats in the lobby, very loud train horn all hours of day and night plus right on a MAX Line with its noicse and transients and crazies often just outside. Overpriced for what you get
