Nice place to live. Neighborhood a bit iffy, but not too bad. A/C works great! Good location, close to lots of food options on Mississippi Ave.

Management and maintenance creates a quick and receptive response to any suggestion, need, problem that occurs. They do a lot to create a community with pets of the month and monthly events often with gifts, food, and/or drinks. These workers and the community of mixed income households has made this an incredible apartment community.
