Really love all the nice people here. Great community events and office staff and custodial staff. Really like the new hoplandia bar in the building.

So far the move in has gone smoothly. It's a great building with apartment managers who have been super helpful every step of the way. We are really enjoying the neighborhood and the transportation ease whether we're driving or need to take the Max train or bus. We've done a little of all three, and so far so good.

I like Prescott apartments and it is noticeable the improvements. The lobby looks better, the trash room is clean most of the time and the halls smell good and fresh. I like the project of cleaning the outside of the building because it looks really good. My only concern is the type of people who is allowed to lease in the building. I have seen many sketchy people and that of course brings issues to the safety of the rest.
