I’ve lived here for a few years, and the building has noticeably improved over time. The management team is fantastic, responsive, and genuinely cares about the community.

Maintenance is always on top of things, any request I submit gets handled quickly and professionally.

?However, the pickleball court has significantly hurt the living experience for me. The loud, persistent popping sound starts right at 7:00 AM every single day, which makes it impossible to sleep in or enjoy a quiet morning… in my apartment.

?Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live thanks to the staff and upkeep, but management needs to set stricter hours or soundproofing for the pickleball court to respect residents' sleep.

It’s very convenient that the building is located just across the street of Max stop, especially for those don’t drive any more. The stuff people all are friendly and helpful.

Office Staff is excellent, so is Maintenance Staff! Really great folks. Neighbors are nice too.
Neighborhood is okay… Max station brings many transients (some hang around building in the shade and do debilitating drugs). Building security is available outside office hours, though it can take them a bit to arrive and handle security issues.
Lots of great restaurants nearby on Mississippi and the neighborhood is pretty walkable.
