Three life-expanding opportunities come along unexpectedly into every life, beyond any of the best-laid agenda plans. My first two were decades ago in the business sector. My opportunity to live permanently at Sullivan's Ridge arrived as the frosting on the cake of an intrigueing retirement extension. I recommend this professional leasing & management outfit to all serious-minded longterm home residence seekers, who are generally too busy for much of the social ramble, & who are not really big… on having frequent visitors, from outside the security gates, within the charming verdant privacy of these exceptionally well-designed "business-forward" garden residential retreats.

Have a great experience

Went for a tour, the staff were very communicative and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, I personally like these apartments because there close to the lloyd district and shopping centers.

Old buildings and careless management

The only nice thing about this apartment complex is the communal spaces. The rest is old buildings with new paint. My apartment flooded 5 times over the last month and management is still taking their sweet time “fixing” it. Ive had to fight with them just to get my questions answered but they’re still charging full rent despite needing to rip out my floors and walls due to the water damage. I’ve seen a lot of people move out in the 5 months they’ve been open. Red flags left and right. They… painted over the rust in my bathtub and every time I take a shower it slowly flakes off. Their whole attitude changes the second you sign your lease. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, PLEASE.
