Sullivan's Ridge

I really like living at Sullivan Ridge, the tenants are super friendly and so is the staff.

Went for a tour, the staff were very communicative and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, I personally like these apartments because there close to the lloyd district and shopping centers.

The only nice thing about this apartment complex is the communal spaces. The rest is old buildings with new paint. My apartment flooded 5 times over the last month and management is still taking their sweet time “fixing” it. Ive had to fight with them just to get my questions answered but they’re still charging full rent despite needing to rip out my floors and walls due to the water damage. I’ve seen a lot of people move out in the 5 months they’ve been open. Red flags left and right. They... painted over the rust in my bathtub and every time I take a shower it slowly flakes off. Their whole attitude changes the second you sign your lease. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, PLEASE. Lee mas

My apartments been flooding for over a month and I’ve had to fight with management to even get my questions answered. It wasn’t until 4 units flooded in one night that they even had someone come in to look at the damage. They still want full rent despite having to tear out my floors and walls.
