I’ve liked the building. The management has been great so far. The prices are fair. I’d like more noise insulation due to the streetcar noises, but it is not that bad either.

The leasing team, specifically Taz, has made moving in a great experience. Taz as well as Sam in maintenance, has been beyond helpful making sure I'm happy with The Addy.
My unit is clean, functional, and has a great floor plan with huge windows. I would recommend the Addy to anyone, and I wish I found it sooner in my apartment search.
