The Addy is a good place to live given the price. The building itself feels a little dated and dingy, but the units themselves seem clean and fresh/updated.

I’ve liked the building. The management has been great so far. The prices are fair. I’d like more noise insulation due to the streetcar noises, but it is not that bad either.

Living here has been fantastic. It’s such a fun neighborhood and the building is in a perfect location to take advantage of the Pearl and NW.

The leasing staff is specifically a great part of living at the Addy. Taz is always responding urgently and making sure everyone is happy.
I love my unit, big windows, and beautiful kitchen.
