The Rodney

I lived at The Rodney for a year and only moved because I was moving out of state. I already miss it. The staff is amazing. They were kind and supportive during my move. They always made sure I received my packages securely. They had multiple events during the year for tenants to meet providing food and beverages. Beautiful roof top club house. Great location walking distance from multiple grocery stores, two farmers markets, gyms, and restaurants. Secure location is always clean and welcoming... when you have guests. They really foster an environment of community by connecting tenants. Prompt quality maintenance if you ever need service in your apartment. I lived in this building for one year. Amazing building. Solid walls so that you don’t hear your neighbors. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. They really take their time to get to know you!

The building, the staff and the tenants make this a really great place to live. You feel welcomed and appreciated when you are here. My dogs love the other dogs in the building and there are three dog parks that you can walk to. You are centrally located to 4 grocery stores all within 5 blocks in 4 different directions. Lots of restaurants, shops and a great neighborhood drycleaner right around the corner.
