I feel extremely comfortable living at The Wyatt and feel confident in knowing whatever issues, if any arise, will be taken care of in a timely manner. Any and all maintenance issues get resolved quickly and I am appreciative in how well everything is communicated from the start of a repair project to the completion of it. I know the building is older, which means more care is needed at times but I love this building, and the community that surrounds it. The staff and maintenance team are always... on top of taking care of the building. Thank you.

I’ve lived here for two years and I’m about to sign my third lease. The Wyatt looks and feels very much like a warm and upscale home in the best neighborhood. The construction was exposed concrete and HVAC on the ceiling is a perfect industrial vibe in the Pearl District. Though at the same time, fixtures and cabinetry, give it a warm veneer. In addition, the staff team here has been the same since I moved in and delivers truly exceptional guest service. The private garage is great, and the... second floor shared party spaces are ample and verdant to reflect the Portlands direct connection to nature. Occasionally, I’ve looked at other apartments, new and old in Northwest and the Pearl. This is the spot to be.
