The Wyatt does an amazing job keeping the property clean? They’re always responsive. I’ve never seen such great humans that work into same building. I appreciate all you do been here. A resident for three years and I don’t plan to leave anytime soon.

The Wyatt is a wonderful place to live, because not only is it a beautiful building in a beautiful spot in Portland -- but the staff here really cares. They say good morning, smile, and are prompt with responding to questions or concerns. Their communication is amazing. To boot, the concierge hosts regular get-togethers for the community! They are always jam-packed and fun (he just hosted an "affogatos on the plaza" event, which was lovely!). Would absolutely recommend the Wyatt to anyone... wanting to experience the best of Portland. The community here is kind and caring.
