The Wyatt

I’ve lived here for two years and I’m about to sign my third lease. The Wyatt looks and feels very much like a warm and upscale home in the best neighborhood. The construction was exposed concrete and HVAC on the ceiling is a perfect industrial vibe in the Pearl District. Though at the same time, fixtures and cabinetry, give it a warm veneer. In addition, the staff team here has been the same since I moved in and delivers truly exceptional guest service. The private garage is great, and the... second floor shared party spaces are ample and verdant to reflect the Portlands direct connection to nature. Occasionally, I’ve looked at other apartments, new and old in Northwest and the Pearl. This is the spot to be. Lee mas

We have only lived in single family homes and this is our first apartment. With a yappy little dog we were worried about how he would adapt as well as how we would. The construction of the building makes it quiet here. 11 floors up and facing The Spaghetti Bridge, we hear the dull din of traffic more than neighbors. The staff here are - well - wonderful! Paul has the name but Betty, Danielle, and everyone else have been wonderful too. Almost everything we need is less than a 15 minute walk away.... The neighbors have been so welcoming. I waited a week to write this to see how it really felt and it keeps getting better. Knowing that we have a staff that is proactive and wants to help makes the decision to move into The Wyatt perfect for us and our dog and cat, too! Lee mas
