I’ve lived here a couple years and went from s 1br here to a 2br and I love it so much!! I can get to work all the way at the airport across Portland easily because of transit being outside and I get to see pretty birds in the woodsy scene outside my window! The manager kristie is almost like an on site mom to us and I love this rental company as a whole. Excellence

High vaulted ceilings, skylights, towering fireplace... A one bedroom apartment never felt so big. I never thought my fiancé and I would find somewhere in Portland that made us feel like royalty in our price range. With a frequent bus stop right in front of the complex, you're only 10 minutes from downtown and PSU. Add in the fact that they are pet friendly and you've found yourself a home.

It is effortless to feel at home here. The landscaping makes you feel as though you are surrounded by forest, while sitting on a direct bus line into the city. We were able to go down to one car upon move-in. The space is well utilized, allowing for creativity in decoration. My top floor unit has a fireplace scaling the wall to our vaulted ceiling. If you have the opportunity, you should live here.
