The hot water doesn't work from 5:30 - 7AM. I am not sure when it starts/stops working, but it always works in the afternoon.

I reached out to maintenance, who came and took a look at my shower 6 weeks (!) after the maintenance request, and their hypothesis was that too many people take showers at that time.

They did not give me any indication that the issue would be resolved in the future.

In a similar vein, I have lived here 6 months now. All elevators have been working ~1% of my... stay here.

I conclude that this property is either bad at maintenance or they do not fund it adequately.

There has been lots of noise for the past 2 months and I have talked to the leasing office SO MANY times and each time they ensure me that it will be fine, but nothing happens. I have spoken to them so many times for the past month or so about aggresive dog barks that will literally wake you up every single day and they act like they are handling the situation but in reality the issue is still going on and I lost hope in this situation. I had high hopes for this place as we had a good experience with Greystar in the past, and things were fine when we initially moved in.
The staff seemed nice at first. Regrettably, after a year of living here, I've encountered major issues, including:
- a water leak
- unpleasant odors of cigarettes and cannabis from neighboring units
- and incidents of car break-ins.

The water leak is the most recent problem affecting several units. While I am writing this review, there's currently... construction taking place in my unit literally at the moment, making it challenging for me to focus on my work (I am working from home). This problem has persisted for a month. The maintenance team and vendor unexpectedly knocked on my door during my work hours and requested entry, causing disruptions to my workflow - there were no specific times in the given notices. I love my floor plan, the location, and the building staff.

A small oasis among the hustle and bustle of city life, the building is clean, secure and the units are peacefully quiet.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, plus the amenities are wonderful and well maintained.
Being a block away from the waterfront park is a great excuse to get some fresh air at any time.
