Mold, slow maintenance

Our water heater had a leak and caused the carpet, wall, and my personal belongings to mold in the closet. It took maintenance over a month to address the issue. My whole unit smelled of mold. Management is unprofessional and rude, the neighbors are very noisy, dogs poop everywhere, there’s very little parking, and it took over 50 days to get our security deposit back once we moved out.

Don’t move here. Management is lousy, mold in the carpet and under the paint on the walls. Neighbors are very noisy and there is very little parking.

Nice and quite, never had problems with any of the residents, management is friendly and timely on maintenance. cherry blossoms are very pretty in the spring here too.
