BE ADVISED!!
BE ADVISED! Anyone that is considering entering into a lease at any property managed by Dalton Management, Inc. should strongly reconsider. Please consider what their White Paper to prospective investors (found on their website) states: “We consistently find ways to increase rents and other income.”

Be Advised!!
This propery is managed by a major investment firm that has raised rents twice in the last year. Furthermore, they kept over $600 of my $700 deposit claiming damages that were there prior to my tenancy. This place wants to make money off of you any way they can.
