Best place, Best Staff

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and it’s everything me and my family needs. The WHOLE staff is incredible. Corianna is a great property manager with compassion and a calm temperament. McKenna is the assistant manager and she is very sweet while taking care of everyone’s needs. Payton is the best maintenance manager.. absolutely crushes it. Wade has fixed literally anything that breaks and my 1 year old sits and watches everything he does, it’s adorable. Austin works super hard and is friendly to… everyone. I literally couldn’t ask for a better team down in the office and a better place to live. Thank you Terrene.

We just recently moved in. So far everything seems to be okay. My only complains are the parking situation. I’ve been having to park my car out on the streets which I do not like. What if something happens to my car? It literally sucks having to come home early due to the fact that I need to find parking. They should have assigned parking spots at least as well as a section for visitors parking. You have to pay $45 more to get a carport, which they have a waiting list for

Nice Apartment

I no longer live at Terrene, but I did enjoy the two years that I lived there. The apartment was large and the complex was clean. I was also pleasantly surprised that the move out changes were reasonable, I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Terrene

the terrene is a fairly new apartment complex right in front of the I-5. Even though it's in front of the noisy freeway, I can't hear too many cars unless my windows are open. I love my apartment because of how nice it is on the inside. I always get compliments when I have company over. There are so many amenities that make up for how expensive it is. They have a salt water pool and hot tub and a dog park. The neighbors I have are great. I would say that the only downside is parking but it's… what I expect when living in an aparent. The staff at the terrene are always helpful and understanding too.

My Gypsy Palace

Terrene is great. The staff is friendly and helpful and my apartment is beautiful and is my safe haven. I just moved here from Connecticut so it's nice to feel at home so far from home.
