Great location, questionable management.

The location is excellent, and provides walkable access or 5 minute drive to most essentials. My only complaint is that it is difficult to reach the landlords when needed, and maintenance requests will sometimes take weeks, even for a relatively severe issue. Their maintenance staff is only 2 people that service at least 4 apartment buildings, if not more. Be prepared to have to try an fix things yourself, or allow for 2-4 weeks to reach landlords about important topics.
