There is a $200 fee if the wristbands for amenities access are not returned to the basket upon checkout. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway, and street parking is not allowed. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. The fire pit is not for guest use per the HOA rules/regulations. Guests are required to display a community parking pass at all times during their stay, and all guests ages 5 and older must wear community wristbands throughout their visit.
