This Loft has 1 Full Bath and a 1/2 Bath, Utility/Laundry room with washer and dryer, Kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Gas stove/oven, and dishwasher.

Water/Sewer and trash is included. Residents pay for Electric and Gas Utilities. Lofts have a maximum limit of 2 people who can live in the unit.
Security Deposit is one month’s rent and Lease Term is for 1 year.
Our Application Fee is $50.00 per applicant and non-refundable.

We are pet friendly with a maximum limit of 2 approved pet/animals per unit. We have outdoor fenced dog runs.
