Property Management Team Goes Above & Beyond

The property manager (Stacey) and maintenance staff (Tom) has went above and beyond for me with emails and maintenance requests that I have sent them since I moved in 4 years ago. They are always giving updates and alerts regarding the apartment buildings on a daily basis. They are also very kind and respectful during each of my interactions with them.

A real review of this place

Been here 3 years and honestly have had a great experience. Management has always worked with me when things come up, and they actually listen when there’s an issue. Maintenance has also been great and usually gets things taken care of quickly. Pricing is fair too. Overall, I’ve been really happy living here.

Poor Management and Maintenance

Extensive time for repair issues to be addressed, band aid fixes always so repairs do not hold. Management could care less.

I recommend Arrowhead Court Apartments

I highly recommend Arrowhead Court Apartments! If you’re looking for an affordable apartment in a clean and quiet area. This would be for you. Stacey has been incredibly helpful during the whole application and move in process. She answered any questions or concerns I had in a prompt manner. The only regret is I did not find this place sooner !
