Broadmore Apartments

Funny because I posted that review 8 months ago and Broadmore posted a reply stating they offered to spray but I turned them down because I have a baby. I do not. I live along with no pets. I am also in middle apartment and my neighbors and I were NOT charged for heat for almost 3 months because there WAS NO HEAT. This complex is full of lies and denial. You also have not addressed the carpet beetle issue or the mouse problem I have left 2 messages about. There is a major ant problem and the residents have had to resort to spraying the outdoor perimeter themselves. Refrigerators leak and the drainage is clogged so food gets soggy. Management does not report repair requests. Half the outlets don't work, the ones that do have burn marks due to shotty wiring. Heating repair request was sent in before furniture was in the apartment and the maintenance guy didn't come out for over 2 months. Informed us that the furniture was blocking a 2ft section of… the full room length heater and this was the cause of lack of heat. We have to run the shower for about 10 minutes before the hot water kicks in.
Closet doors fell off track 3 months after being here. It took an additional month to have someone come out and remount them. They left black greasy smudges all over them and the wall. Both the kitchen and the bathroom sink leak. Maintenance used plumbers tape to fix leak and it came back a few weeks later. Have not heard back yet about it. Almost all of my blinds have broken and no word on replacement. Completely unprofessional management and maintenance. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I cannot wait to leave. Read More

My mom recently decided to downgrade to a one bedroom apartment since it is just her now. After going to a few properties they just didn’t feel homey to her. We stumbled upon this listing and could not wait to go for our tour. When we arrived at their office and were greeted by Yuliana. We where informed that she was the leasing manager and would be helping us for the day. She was very sweet and welcoming to my mother and I. She gave us a brief run down on what we could expect if we decided to… take the apartment. She was very patient in making sure my mother understood everything. Being an older woman she definitely needs someone to be patient with her. Yuliana lead us to the apartment for our tour. She let my mother take her time looking through the apartment and answered her hundreds of questions. awe never once felt rushed. She was very detailed with everything and had a smile on her face the whole time! I know my mother will be very happy and comfortable in her new apartment.
