Jericho Manor Apartments

I've lived in Jericho Manor for 50 yrs. The complex is nestled in the woods, and with the creek and stone bridge, it's such a peaceful place to live. Apartments and townhomes are just lovely with hardwood floors, nice size rooms, and great kitchen. The townhouse has a full size basement with W/D and plenty room for storage. Hospital, police & fire dept are only a mile away. There is also a library and shopping center within walking distance. Tenants are friendly and pet owners strike up... friendships quickly while walking their dogs. The old brick buildings are charming. When it snows in winter, the scene is like a picture postcard. In spring, the wildflowers burst through the soil and its beautiful. In summer, the sounds and scents of the creek are so relaxing. And in autumn, the foliage is spectacular. I lived at the Jericho Apartments for eight years and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home. The apartments are beautifully charming with good sized rooms, the property is park-like with lots of greenery and walking paths and the neighbors were always kind and thoughtful. The office manager Tami was always attentive and kind and when I did have maintenance issues (which were very few) and it was always addressed immediately and professionally. Friendly and prompt maintenance. Property manager goes the extreme mile to ensure tenants needs are met. Great neighbors. Are real community feel . Close to shopping and public transportation. Let’s not forget the property grounds. Beautiful trees and an abundance of flowering plants.

Great location, can rent a garage for a reasonable price. No dishwasher, but trees and hardwood floors, and walkable to both Jenkintown-Wyncote station and Noble station. Feels like a home. Abington schools.
