if you enjoy...
If you enjoy paying twice the price in PA for barely any room, enjoy being ticketed non stop by parking authority, having no designated parking area for residents forcing yourself to pay an extra 45-80 bucks a month on parking, having mail thrown about the main lobby for any one to take, having alarms tested with no fore warning, then this is the place for you! Why find another apartment complex in the area such as 5 10 flats that gives residents parking, a community area, a gym, fire pits, free… WiFi, etc when for the same price of living there you can live in this building!
