Been here for 8 years now and it has gotten worse every time. Still waiting for them to replace our dingy, ripped up carpet and give us the fresh coat of paint they promised over a year ago. Not a family oriented environment. STAY…AWAY!!!!!

First winter here and the fact that we have been without heat for the past 2 hours and that there isn't a maintenance person on call is unacceptable. It's 11 degrees. Never had this problem anywhere I was renting before.

I have lived in spring garden for 2 years, and the 2 years I have been here have been awesome. The grounds of the complex are always kept clean and beautiful. I love the flowers that are spread through the the complex. The apartments are always very well kept. And maintained. Anytime something goes wrong the maintenance is always there to replace things in a drop of a dime no matter how late it is. The staff in the office, and the maintenence is always so courteous and friendly, there like on... a first name basis with the residents. All I can say is I love this place, I have recommended this place to other people telling them for the price it is well worth it for your privacy and peace, and ckeanliness. I wanna live here forever.

I lived in Spring Garden Townhomes for nearly 2 years back in the late 90's. I absolutely LOVED it there and am hoping to move back there very shortly. I just spoke to my elderly parents about it last night and they are in agreement because they really loved my house when I lived there before as well. The houses are very nice and well maintained. The outside is always very well groomed. Maintenance staff is very personable and quick. I'm not sure if it's the same manager, Sharon, that was... there from when I was there before but she lives on the premises and addresses issues very quickly and fairly. My parents and I are hoping to get in there soon to see about getting a 3 bedroom with a basement for the 1st of the year. My parents are getting up there in age and I need to be able to care for them.
