There are pests
Theres's pests in these apartments, mice, bugs, cave crickets etc.. Like the other person said the front doors are run down. There barley attached on to the doorway. You can hear your left and right neighbors. Especially ur neighbors from upstairs. The carpet is squeaky and some parts the floor has dents. These apartments are cheap and poorly made. If you dont want to be living with mice and HUGE cave crickets Penn Weldy Apts are not for u.
