- Proof of history of regular rental/mortgage payments
- Recommendation from current landlord
- NO Evictions
- Credit Report (decision not made on certain credit score, but what is found within)- medical/educational will be disregarded, looking for regular/good payment history on utilities, housing, vehicle loans, etc...
- Criminal Background- no violent crimes, felonies, or bad checks/money fraud. DUIs accepted as long as it is over 1 year so that we know that job is not going to be effected by it.

To move in you will need to pay 1 full months rent plus security.
