Good Apartment, But Don't Expect Your Deposit Quickly
I lived here for nearly 4 months at the beginning of 2026. During my stay, I had no major issues and found the rooms, amenities, and overall experience to be worth the price. I always paid my rent on time and had a positive experience while living there.
I moved out for personal reasons, but the move-out process has been extremely frustrating. There were multiple errors in the security deposit accounting that required me to go through the statement line by line with management to correct the... amount owed.
Even after resolving those issues and moving out more than two months ago, I still have not received my security deposit. Despite multiple follow-ups, it has yet to arrive.
I find this unacceptable. Throughout my tenancy, I paid on time, in full, and consistently received prompt communication from the staff. While my experience living here was positive, the handling of my security deposit return is the reason for my lower rating.
