Sadly,the worst place I have ever lived
The apartments themselves are pretty nice. I live in a 2 bedroom here and for just me, it's pretty spacious, and with cheap rent, it is affordable. However, you get what you pay for here and I would NEVER recommend anyone else to live here. The management ("landlord company" - Lobos Management) is the most unhelpful, unresponsive, and unavailable that I have EVER heard of. They do not have anyone available before/after about 9am to 5pm, so if you have an emergency, forget about getting help. If... anything needs fixed, they claim that the company who sends the maintenance folks are downtown, so they won't make it until the next day (even though downtown is 20 minutes away). I moved in at the beginning of February and went for almost 2 weeks without heat (the coldes tonight getting to be -18 degrees) and without a fridge.
I call and leave messages, I email them, I never get a reply. There are bugs all through the entryways and staircases, and they get into the apartments easily. Overall, I would suggest that if you are looking at moving here, turn around and look somewhere else. It will save you much stress and annoyance.

Do not live here
The management company (lobos managent) is awful. They do not fix anything in a timely manner, they are unresponsive, and they really just don't care about their tenants. Bugs everywhere in the entryway and on stairs. They clean them up maybe once a month if that - truly disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
