I'm not thrilled with the new billing system. It went from something that was easy to use to a system that is very convoluted. If you look at the one system Conservice, it doesn't list the payments that were made. Looking at Conservice it almost indicates that I am two months behind in rent when I know I already paid for it. Then we are forced to use another system Bilt rewards to pay rent which doesn't communicate rent payment to Conservice.

Pros- the maintenance staff are friendly. Or is conveniently located to the interstate, shopping and restaurants.
Cons- I think your rent should be locked in for as long as you live here. I don't think it's fair it goes up every year!

Living at the Haven has been a great experience! The amenities, such as the pool, gym, and club house are fantastic to utilize. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the leasing staff are incredibly kind and diligent. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in the Cranberry area.

So far ,really great. It has been such a hot summer and my apt. has been very cool and comfortable. I love looking out at the pool and seeing the fire pit in use. I anticipate when the weather is cooler I will be out more walking with the other residents.

The apartment was definitely a lot smaller than I thought! I can’t even fit my end tables in. On the bright side the maintenance people have been wonderful. And most of the residents have been great!
