It’s a lovely place to live. Generally very kind neighbors, great staff and efficient and kind maintenance team. It’s a great location with so many things so close. The sound insulation isn’t great but most residents are very considerate. There could be some improvements in the amenities like adding a playground for the kids and some more machines in the gym like a squat rack/bench press. Overall I’ve had a good experience in the community and enjoy living at The Artisan!

Overall great community and responsive maintenance staff. 4-star rating comes from long memory - there was a time when maintenance staff was nonexistent.

It’s lovely here. There’s some occasional noise, packs issues and the gym could use some more equipment, but overall I can’t complain. Everyone has been so kind (staff and neighbors) and the location is perfect.
