Disappointing Application Process and Unprofessional Communication
We understand that every apartment community has its own screening criteria, and our disappointment is not with the denial itself, but with how the application process was handled. We experienced weeks of poor communication, inconsistent information, and a dismissive response when we raised our concerns. Unfortunately, our experience with Marquetia was not great. We were also uncomfortable that information regarding our application was discussed in front of individuals who were not applicants.... Because of our experience, we have escalated our concerns to Morgan Properties' corporate office and hope they review how this situation was handled.
