William Penn Court Apartments

This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. The manager of the homes is very unprofessional. She didn't even show up the day we were supposed to sign the lease. Anytime there was an issue we addressed to her, she often ignored it or never responded to us. She is very rude often insulting me. The maintenance man is super creepy. He would watch people in the neighborhood, interrogate their guests, and makes up false accusations about tenants.
