Poor Poor Management

The apartment itself was okay, livable. Nothing special whatsoever. My apartment has some stains and marks on the ground before I moved in. Wasn't a problem since I was only living short term. I never received my deposit back once I moved; I forgot a painting my deceased Grandfather made and called and called to see if I can go pick it up. No one ever called back and now is in the dumpster somewhere. I then also transferred my electric bill over to my new place and I got a bill for someone who... is living in the old apartment, and they told me I have to pay for it even though I have not lived there in months. Tried calling management and STILL haven't heard anything. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not worth the headache.
