Flies everywhere!!!!

Every year the apartment buildings get infested by flies. They're in the hallways, falling in foods and drink. Yet it takes forever to get an exterminator involved.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!

I've been with Claremont for over 10 years. While I could have chosen other living arrangemennts, I found Claremont to be the best choice for me. The maintenance crew is amazing as well as the office staff. One office person (Sharon) easily navigated my questions and maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. All of the Hankin Groups employees have always been very helpful, courteous and warm. Summer and fall events are fun and the additional restaurants and entertainment is top-notch----easy… walk from any property!

Brand New to Claremont at Eagleview

This community stands out amongst rental properties in this area with its unique architecture, a beautiful community appearance that feels more like a neighborhood than a complex, and its convenient proximity to area business, restaurants, and shopping.

Claremont Apartments

Part of a larger community, grounds are well maintained but snow and ice removal is inconsistent (ice on clubhouse steps in winter months). High rent per square footage and stringent rules for shorter-term lease or early termination.

Perfect for every lifestyle

I live in Claremont Apartments in Exton. It is located in Eagleview, which is a "live-work-play" community. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, and have been living here for the last 4 years. We have 9 foot ceilings, and beautiful, eye-catching crown moulding and trim in every single room. For someone like me who would love to own but is not quite there yet, this is definitely the next best thing. There is a washer and dryer in every apartment, and a nice, spacious laundry room, which is… perfect for storage. The bedroom is quite large, and has a generously sized walk-in closet. There are two swimming pools in the community as well, a fresh water pool and a salt water pool. Everything you could possibly want or need is located in a five mile radius. Grocery store, shopping, gas, restaurants and more. We even have a few restaurants right here in Eagleview...Brickside Grille and Nudy's Cafe. It really feels like home in here!
