Mediocre at best

This property claims to appreciate their "valued residents" but continue to raise rent exponentially 15%+ to residents who have lived in the community 3+ years with no remorse. The staff is subpar. The grounds are dirty and riddled in careless residents pet's excrement's. The pool is disgusting and the 13 chairs for 150+ residents makes no sense especially considering they claim they cannot afford to replace broken or damaged chairs/goods available to residents even though the price of living... there should cover such expenses. If 0 stars was an option I'd put that. Stay away!

Only Luxury Prices here

If you value quiet or peace at any level DO NOT MOVE TO KEVA FLATS.

I have lived at Keva Flats since May 2019. It has been an absolutely miserable experience. When reading my review, please keep in mind that these buildings are BRAND NEW. They are less than 2 years old, and are advertised as "Luxury Apartments". Also note that during my tour of the apartment, I specifically asked how good the soundproofing was, and was explicitly told it was "very good".

There are a few smaller positive...
things or features about the apartments, but there are also dozens of smaller bad things.

By far the most egregious issue is the complete and utter lack of anything resembling sound dampening or sound proofing.

Within our apartment, our walls are so thin that I can have a conversation at normal speaking volume to another roommate through the walls with the doors closed. We can hear every footfall our upstairs neighbors make, as well as anyone walking in the hallway. We can hear neighbors toilets flush. We can hear the trash compactor on the ground floor below us. We have talked with over a dozen different neighbors, and all that have someone living above them have confirmed that this is the case.

The windows are so poorly constructed or designed that you can hear peoples conversations as they walk by on the sidewalk outside - we are on the second floor. Keva also has some sort of maintenance crew utilizing power tools outside at least 3-4 days per week, typically beginning their work between 7-8AM. As you can imagine, the lack of sound reduction means that no matter what your schedule is you can be absolutely certain that you will be awake whenever their construction or maintenance crews decide you will be.

There are other issues, but I'll end with this - I've been in contact with Keva via email regarding the sound issues, and they claim they are "100% committed to our satisfaction", yet the only remedy they've offered is for us to break our lease (2x a months rent), OR allow us to relocate within to a different unit for more money. Neither option is reasonable or resolves the issues here.

The only thing that is "Luxury" about these apartments is the price and some of the amenities. Save yourself some money and sanity, and go live literally anywhere else. PS - I had to remove paragraphs from my review for it to fit on this site, there are more issues.
