I regret moving here and would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere.Management is unresponsive and seemingly indifferent to resident concerns. Basic maintenance requests go unaddressed for long periods, forcing many tenants to place rent in escrow and involve the township just to get essential repairs completed. On weekends at the pool, it’s common to hear multiple residents venting about the same ongoing problems.Noise levels are another major issue. A... large number of tenants (many seemingly unconcerned with rules) party loudly until 2 a.m. on weekdays, disturbing everyone else trying to sleep or work.The complex has also become overrun with e-scooters and e-bikes. Despite management sending an email explicitly banning them inside buildings, the rule is completely ignored. Children regularly ride these at high speeds (20+ mph) without helmets, creating serious safety hazards. Tragically, a young child was recently struck by a car in the complex while riding one of these. Simple measures like door-to-door notices or better enforcement could prevent future incidents, but management has done nothing.Overall, the lack of rule enforcement, poor maintenance, and safety concerns make this a frustrating and stressful place to live. Save yourself the headache and money — do not move here.

Horrible experience living here the past 7 years. Has changed management three times, each one getting worse. Call the office and only greeted by the answering machine. Shell of a maintenance crew which starts a job only to never complete it. No assigned parking spots besides the garage, which becomes a hassle for those with more than one car. I can go on. For the price save your time had sanity.

I've been living at Chalet Village for a year and six months. The complex is very nice and quiet. I have two girls and myself and we feel very safe here. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. A great place to live.
