A Wonderful Place to Stay

We are currently staying in these apartments and are very happy with our experience. The apartment is clean, cozy, comfortable, and has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

We would also like to thank the management team for their excellent service. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and were always ready to help. Our experience has been excellent so far, and we would gladly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Office staff awful

The $300 fee is such a racket to charge a person just to apply for an apt. It's a disgrace besides the people who work in the office. The hallway in the the main bldg looks like a dungeon with the dark gray litle. The dark hallway is frightening and dangerous especially if it gets wet from the rain/snow. Someone can fall and get seriously hurt. The people running these large complexes are just awful and thoughtless as well.

Horrible place! June 2022

Why is it poor? It's poor because the office helpers are rude and very spiteful. The hallways are filthy, the laundry room never gets cleaned, and this is the 3 owner within a 12 year period.
If a tenant finds fault with the place and voices their opinion to the office help they will get even with the tenant and give them a non renewal notice at the end of their lease. This is a fact. Concordia is another horrible landlord and they pick the office staff that align with their hatefulness.
Do… not move in there. The rents have gone up for a one bedroom $350 since I have left. I was served a non renewal notice about 7 months ago.

Worst Place I’ve ever lived

Walls were paper thin (my kids could hear the neighbors doing it from their bedroom). Maintenance never came to fix the mold issue that was reported when I first moved in. Only stayed for a year, and I really do not recommend.
