Nice apartment complex

I had a tour back in the winter with Kim, I have been in recent contact with her,My job will be relocating me soon . Hoping to make Pennsbury Court my home in 2027.

Love it here

I really love it here. The community seems quite, the apartments look well kept inside and out. I love that it's assigned parking and I also love my glass mirror on my hall closet. The property manager she's very kind and always willing to assist.

Unprofessional Management

The customer service provided by the Property Manager has been unprofessional and, at times, appears to be bordering on unethical. The listed phone number frequently goes unanswered and simply rings without response, making it extremely difficult to communicate. Additionally, the overall level of communication does not reflect the professionalism expected of a legitimate business or someone serving in a property management role. Timely, respectful, and reliable communication is essential, and my… experience with this property has consistently fallen short of those expectations.

Too Hot

We can not control the heat in our units, management does. They have the heat on 100 degrees, we literally have to run the air condition all day and night.

The landlord is nasty she keep yelling at her tenants and she’s rude can’t solve anything by talking to her
