You Have Been Warned

I moved in 18 months ago, initially I enjoyed the location. There was an issue with the dryer, the maintenance and management team required a lot of nudging to make the repair. However, it was done and I overlooked their casual attitude about making the repairs. Fast forward to now, I have been strung along regarding an HVAC repair for over a month. I have had to use emergency heat I order to heat the apartment and there is no AC. The main office is concerned with “a cheaper estimate “ from a... second contractor. That second contractor did what some contractors do - did not start when they said they would and sis not finish. Meanwhile my rent increased. The customer service here is deplorable and while they are worried about saving money, they are taking more of mine. This explains why people are moving out in droves. The entire property management team that was here when I moved in has left. Save yourself some money like this property management company has and find another place to live.

I have visited so many communities that I was at the point of giving on one place and seeking 2 separate instead. I than made my request known to God and I ended up at your place of business. It was love at 1st site!!! However, I’m still waiting on a positive confirmation of Yes, all I speak is truth and would still recommend.
