This apartment is average, the price is right. I'm only here because my mom is currently unable to live alone, so I had to move in with her. I would definitely prefer something more to my taste.

The apartment itself is not bad. I currently have to live with my mother, she is currently unable to live alone. I would prefer an apartment more to my liking. I did not pick this one and I would much rather live in a different area.

I Live in a co-op unit

The unit is older and could use some updates such as painting, kitchen update, new carpet but my décor makes people feel very relaxed and comfortable. My downstairs which includes a living room and kitchen is decorated with a slightly exotic décor. I have 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 medium size and one small) My room is decorated with a Hawaiian flare. I don't live by the beach, but I sure can pretend! I'm 55 years old and on social security disability so my limited income makes it difficult to... make the updates that are needed, but its home and I feel good here. It would be AMAZING to have my rent paid for a year and update my home from the 1970's (the units were built in 1950 and the bedrooms have only one electrical outlet per room).
