All the building have bad wiring and poor inadequate plumbing. There has been 2 fires that I know of. The staff may be friendly when you meet but after they are very rude. Since Morgan took ownership of the properties they have been charging the tenets little add on fees that are not mentioned in the add for the apt. For example the electric bill is just added onto your rent, you don't get to see you what and how much you used. When I lived there some of the tenets ask the management office... to see there bill. the Office refused to show them there usage. If you ask me you being honest then there nothing to hide. I lived in this place fore 7 years it a dump don't move here it looks nice upfront but things will fall apart on you after you move in. The staff in the office is friendly, if repairs are needed, maintenance handles it expeditiously. There were a few things that needed to be handled and was completed apartment is mediocre and the grounds seem to always be well maintained, with the exception of animal waste (hard to monitor/maintain).
My 1-bedroom apartment is nice, standard, expected more of an upgraded unit comparable to sample unit during tour. So far somewhat satisfied with my apartment, I was provided with handicapped... parking(a plus). I'm in a 4-unit building and have very nice neighbors who are quiet with the exception of 1. I have bottom unit and the noise is 100% annoying, no respect for peace. There are variety of shopping in area and movie theatre short distance away. Unfortunately, there is a negative side. In addition to the loudness of talking through walls/floor, there is marijuana use that travel through the apartment vents which affects me and my unit(personal belongings) and the hallways. I was exposed with the odor walking in on my first day of moving in and many times thereafter. I expected a smoking free environment as advertised.
