!!! Incomplete Applications- Incomplete or inconsistent applications where the information does not match screening reports.All individuals over the age of 18 must submit an application.

!!! Criminal History- A criminal record involving the following:

XXX Violent crimes- Including, but not limited to assault, robbery, homicide, or similar offenses

XXX Drug-Related Crimes- Including, but not limited to Trafficking or manufacturing drugs.

XXX Property/House Crimes- Including, but not limited to Property damage, arson, burglary, or vandalism.

XXX Sexual Offenses- Including, but not limited to Crimes requiring inclusion on the sex offender registry. Public Safety
Threats, Terrorism-related offenses.
