Waterford at Sterling Place Apartments

I am presently looking for another place for my family and I but I wanted to shine some light on Waterford at Sterling Place. The apartments and homes are nice however they have a huge bug issues out here. Extermination is included in the rent however we barely ever see him, and when he does arrive its out the blue. I spoke to the exterminator myself he told me that The leasing office is aware of when they are coming and they're supposed to give tenants notice however that does not happen which... causes issues for tenants and is a huge safety hazard for the maintenance crew and contractors. I express that some people such as myself are license to bare fire arm and its not safe for maintenance to just enter homes without giving tenants proper notice.

I've lived her for 5 years never got the chance to use the pool. When I moved here 5 years ago we were told there was a crack in the pool, however now this year that another company bought Sterling Place it looks like their fixing it but this has been the same thing for year. You'll see them working on it but then the summer comes and its still the same excuse. The park is horrible the is literally no swings just a small slide an something that looks like monkey bars by the leasing office. The kids out here are always bored there's no where to play and their not able to use the pool which is included in the rent. I was promised a new dish washer and that also never happened. There so many more issues here but I feel like these are my main concerns so if you have children be cautious of the moving here. They advertise these things which is included in your rent however most of the time you dont have access to it. The keeps going up on the rent but we still cant have access to pool not get an upgraded park area for the children. I just wanted to add this comment for anyone else who see the pool and applies like I did.
