Mill Creek Village Apartments

I have lived at mill creek for over two years. They have been extremely accommodating since day one. I recently transferred to a larger apartment and could not be happier. The management at the front office has been but more than accommodating and helpful during my transition, making my move easy and nothing less than spectacular (who says that about moving?) All of my concerns and questions during the transitional process were answered and dealt with promptly. All the help I needed at my... fingertips, 100% of the time. The maintenance staff is absolutely wonderful, always around, complete any tasks in a quick and mindful manner and ready to lend a helping hand. Horrible place to live. Management picks and chooses favorites. They have huge parking issue. Huge drug problem here. Major sewage issue that they won't fix. Come home to sewage backed up in my sink, shower and bathroom floor...sewage of which belongs to everyone in the building...on a regular basis.

No parking The apartment manager harasses you while she is also rude she makes false accusations and this place is infested with roaches they will tow your car constantly would not recommend it for anyone

THERE IS NO PLAYGROUND EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS THERE IS, THE RESIDENTS ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE- ALWAYS DISTURBING. THE MANAGER, WENDY, APPEARS NICE BUT SHE IS VERY INTOLERABLE. SHE FREQUENTLY SENDS LETTERS TO RESIDENTS & CHOOSES WHICH RESIDENTS ARE IMPORTANT. PARKING IS VERY HARD TO FIND ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU RETURN LATE FROM WORK. NICE SCHOOLS AND NEIGHBORHOOD BUT POOR MANAGEMENT.
