The rent is too high for what you get, especially since the inside of my home is old and falling apart. The rent goes up every year; no more rewards program, etc. The staff as always are awesome and easy to work with here at Greentree VLG though.

Office and maintenance are awesome to deal with. If you need anything they are so very helpful. Not to keen on the new $70 monthly utilities charge when I was paying less for internet
