I think it's kind of sad lately they want to charge more for apartments but take more away. For instances we cannot grill no more so all of us have our grills either need to sell them or have them sit which means we all lose money on them. Also there are some other changes that are not right for instance medical marijuana they're trying to tell people they have to smoke 250 ft or more away from a building and not inside. Which for medical marijuana patients that is against the law we are not... supposed to smoke outside but inside are home or on our property so I guessing they want kids to see people smoking marijuana outside for people who do smoke medical marijuana versus them smoking in their house and not having the kids see it. ??

Second review. We can now include the mold in the ac units, the non functional upstairs back bedroom heater , the out of code and illegal electrical box that has a 40% failure rate . No fire extinguisher we were promised when we moved in.. we finally bought our own . Multiple soft spots in the flooring that were noted on move in.

Our neighbors on either side of us are awesome. They're quiet and respectful. One of them even left us a sweet card saying how he appreciated having us as neighbors.

I enjoy the peace and quiet. Office staff is helpful and works with you as much as they can. Only issue is if you don't pay for parking then its a struggle finding parking

Being here has been a great experience. It’s quiet and clean! Everyone respects each others space and everyone is also so friendly! I enjoy seeing all the friendly faces in the morning and during passing. Couldn’t ask to be in a better place!
