We're here six years and lovin' it!
We really like the layout of the apartment, the patio and the large windows. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We never had a maintenance problem that was not resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. A very nice neighborhood with nice, friendly neighbors. The most we ever hear through the walls is a faint sound of a washing machine running.

Ok place to live
Some apartments in need of new carpeting, and other updates need to be done. Not great at always keeping up with the grounds, and cleaning the outside of the apartment buildings.

like a beach condo
the apartments were built very recently, they have central air and in general great energy efficiency. i love it here i cant hear my neighbors and i haven't heard a siren in 2 monthes
